Responsibilities

Assisting in providing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training from a customer-centric perspective.
Supporting efforts to enhance customer inclusivity within the value chain.
Collaborating with stakeholders to assess the impact of DEI initiatives.
Assisting in the preparation of impact reports.
Utilizing tools like Canva for creating visually appealing training materials.
Video editing for enhancing training content (preferred but not required).

Skills required

Understanding of the concept of DEI (in general) and disability (in particular)
Strong observational and cognitive skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Basic skills in using Canva for creating visually engaging training materials.
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus (but not mandatory)
Passionate and supportive of the idea of DEI customer-centric initiatives.
